Founded in 2021, the GMFB Caribbean Group is a Dutch-Caribbean real estate investment firm with holdings and projects in Sint-Maarten, Bonaire, Aruba and Curaçao. The team behind GMFB consists of real estate and investment professionals with backgrounds in law, accountancy, private equity and corporate finance. 

GMFB has two divisions: a real estate investment division which owns and manages a portfolio of (largely) residential real estate across the various islands and a development division which focuses on the development of new real estate projects across the region.

At present, our investment division owns and operates apartments and apartment complexes in Sint-Maarten, Bonaire and Aruba and owns a boutique hotel in Curaçao that is operated by a third party operator. 

Our development division is currently engaged in the construction of a large-scale residential resort in Curaçao (www.theviewcuracao.com) and has a number of other projects in the pipeline.
